Skills Base provides organizations with a choice of calculation method used in presenting information throughout the system. There are two methods available:
Click the links above for a detailed description of each method as well as when to use them and the effects they have on dashboards. The default method that is configured when you create a new Skills Base instance is the "Relevant Skills" calculation method.
Don't worry too much if you can't decide on calculation method as it can easily be changed at any time.
You can enjoy elements of both methods by selecting the "Relevant Skills" calculation method and disabling the zero rating in your Rating Scheme.
