The People Finder is a feature that allows you to find people matching a given criteria that you define. The criteria available to choose from are:

• Skill level in one or more skills
• Interest level in one or more skills
• Location

For example, using the demo instance we can find people that have a skill rating of [5 - Highly skilled] and are located in the California office:

The people Finder will show exact matches (ie: Those exactly matching the given criteria), and will also separately show close matches (ie: Those that almost match the given criteria).

You can instruct the People Finder to use Supervisor, Self-assessment, or averaged ratings by clicking "Advanced options".
