A Supervisor in Skills Base is a person that has been assigned a Security Group which has been granted the People > Assess privilege.

The People > Assess privilege additionally allows a scope to be defined.

• If the scope is set to Everyone, anyone assigned the Security Group will be able to conduct supervisor assessments on any person in the organization.
• If the scope is set to Team members, exactly who the Supervisor can assess is controlled by team configuration and membership. For more information about how this works, please refer to this article.
